We Build It

Your insert is fabricated, quality-inspected, labeled, and photographed before it leaves the workshop. Every order is documented for our records and yours.

You Use It

Shipped with professional packaging and care instructions. We follow up 7 days after delivery. If anything does not fit perfectly, we make it right.

Frequently Asked.

Can you build an insert for a case brand not listed in your form?
Absolutely. We design for any case from any manufacturer. If you can send us the internal dimensions or ship us the case temporarily, we can build for it. The form dropdown lists common requests — "Other" always works too.
What if the insert does not fit perfectly when it arrives?
We rebuild it and reship it. Period. Every order includes our fit guarantee. We photograph every order before shipping and document every dimension used in the design. If there is a fit issue, it is our responsibility to resolve at no additional cost.
How long does a typical order take?
Tier 1 and 2 orders typically ship in 5 to 10 business days from deposit. Tier 3 is 10 to 14 days. Full system and fleet orders range from 14 to 30 days depending on complexity. We will give you a firm delivery date in your quote, and we honor it.
Do you handle corporate fleet orders and repeat volume orders?
Yes, and these are a specialty. Once your insert design is completed and approved, we maintain the file for reorders, replacements, or fleet expansion. Corporate clients can establish an account for ongoing order management. Use the quote form and select Tier 5, or describe your fleet size in the notes.
What material are the 3D printed components made from?
All structural printed components are produced in PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol), which is stronger, more flexible, and more heat-resistant than standard PLA. PETG is appropriate for field use, tool drawers, vehicle transport, and high-cycle-count daily use. We do not use PLA for anything that will see regular professional use.
